Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit.
Rooms cancelled within 2 weeks of the first day of the stay
are subject to a retention of 5% administration charge
Rooms cancelled within a week of the first day of the stay
will incur retention of the deposit unless we can re-let the room in which case
a 5% administration charge will be levied.
Rooms cancelled with 24 hours of the stay will incur the full
cost of first nights stay.
